Shipping policy
SteepSage ships to addresses across Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day may be dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Undeliverable orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery costs are at the customer's expense.
